The task seemed simple at first glance. Create a corporate website for WSP Społem Kielce. Seemingly simple, but this is the manufacturer of the now iconic Kielce Mayonnaise. I don’t want to start a war, so I’ll just say that both mayonnaises are great.
The website was to have a simple corporate style. Thanks to good cooperation and workshops with management, we managed to create a concept for how the website should look. A website that is simple, neat, and contains all the information that was important to the client.
We used the client’s archives to emphasize what is most important, namely their attachment to tradition. Where possible, we combined the old with the new to show that it can all work together. Working on this project was fun because it was, after all, “Majonez Kielecki.” I know I might be setting myself up for criticism, but I think that WSP Społem’s customers and management like the website.
In addition, a new website architecture was created so that browsing it would not be difficult.
WSP Społem is not only a tradition but also a long history that has shaped its taste. As I mentioned earlier, all the old and new elements were supposed to harmonize with each other rather than compete. We tried to make the website refer to history in terms of colors and visuals, but this could not determine the main direction, which was simplicity and a neat and modern concept.
During the meetings with the client, it turned out that WSP Społem is not only a tradition, but also a long history, which gives it a certain flavor. We tried to make the site visually and colorfully refer to the history, but it could not set the main direction, which was simplicity and a clean and modern concept.
